Last Thursday was a truly great day for all the children, and parents and grandparents who were able to assist us, or who were able to pop in to support their children. We were blessed with great weather, and the fantastic organisation of Mrs Bain, supported by the other staff, made for a smooth running day. Thank you to the many parents and grandparents who were officials on the day – we couldn’t hold a day like this without you. Thank you also to our visiting sportspeople who facilitated the various different sports on the day.
Most importantly, thank you to the children. They entered into a sense of great sportsmanship and fun throughout the day. I saw many great things the children did during the day but one that really was impressive was a number of senior students helping younger students. As parents, you should be very proud of your children.
