As part of their studies, Year 6 students at Our Lady of the Rosary, Wyoming learn about the Government system of Australia. They learn about local, state and federal government. Recently, state member for the local electorate of The Entrance, David Mehan, visited OLR and spoke with the students about his role. He spoke about what State government was responsible for, compared with local and federal governments.
He commented on how interested the Year 6 students were and thanked them for their wonderful questions. Our Lady of the Rosary School thanks Mr Mehan for taking time from his busy schedule.
